BUILDING CHAMPIONS
NO HASSLE TAKING YOUR KIDS ELSEWHERE. WE COME TO YOU!
WHAT WE TEACH AND COVER DURING OUR PROGRAM
4 CHAMPION PILLARS
KARATE
The first pillar is our foundation. It’s a full martial arts curriculum where your child will learn the basics of self defense, avoidance, body awareness, gain discipline, focus and build confidence. Your child will learn the importance of respect for themselves and others. Our curriculum includes 8 ranks and level to achieve during your training.
COGNITIVE & SENSORY
In addition to our standard method of training, we now implement our state of the art cognitive and sensory practices into our Build a Champion outreach program. With this form of training, we are able to build what our program strives to distribute:
A CHAMPION in life! We not only just train the body physically but the brain just as much. We believe that without the proper processing of the brain, the students potential is limited. If we can strengthen the brain which then triggers the correct reaction to efficiently make the right decision, we know our students are at their full potential. We use a few amazing tools; such as a cognitive computer system, sensory goggles, reaction lights and an anticipation light system to collect data in order to track and see our progress in each student. Our tools will improve the students focus, balance, reaction time, go no go reflexes, sensory, peripheral vision and so much more
FITNESS & NUTRITION
The third pillar covers fitness and nutrition. The student will learn the importance of practice and conditioning. We do this by incorporating fitness drills and activities. We also take this time to teach the kids the need for healthy eating habits and how certain foods can energize your body to achieve greater success in your daily activities.
STRETCHING & BREATHING
The fourth pillar is a very important one. It’s our stretching and breathing drills to cool down our class and bring each student back to peace and mindfulness so that when we send the kids back to class they have larger attention span and are ready to complete their day of learning.
